Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscriptions and payments made for services on Rydrex Cloud. By subscribing to any plan, you agree to the terms described below.

Subscription Model

Rydrex Cloud operates on a subscription-based pricing model. Plans may include monthly, yearly, or custom enterprise subscriptions.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. By completing a payment, users agree to the terms of the respective gateway in addition to this policy.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of the initial subscription payment, provided that:

The request is submitted via email to contact@rydrex.com
The service has not been extensively used
No custom development work has been delivered
Approval of refunds remains at the sole discretion of Rydrex. Meeting the above conditions does not guarantee a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

Subscription renewals
Custom development services
AI-generated content usage
Third-party API usage
Domain purchases
Hosting or infrastructure usage
Completed implementation work

Cancellation of Subscription

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

Future renewals will be stopped immediately
Access to services will continue until the end of the current billing period
No prorated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period.

Automatic Renewal

Some subscription plans may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

Users are solely responsible for cancelling their subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue the service. Rydrex is not liable for charges incurred due to failure to cancel before renewal.

Service Suspension

Rydrex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any of the following:

Violation of platform policies
Non-payment of dues
Fraudulent or illegal activity
No refunds will be issued in cases of account suspension or termination due to policy violations.
